Folks, we need your help to convince District Attorney Susan Reed to intervene in our case.  Please write her a polite letter asking her to "intervene in our lawsuit and bring a quo warranto action to force the City of San Antonio to either arbitrate a service plan of to dis-annex our property."  (Those are the exact words you should use.)  Remind her that she previously told our attorneys she would do this.  At the top of your letter, include this notation:
